Zetta Mae Clark Wimmer, 85, of Princeton, died Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the home of her daughter where she resided. Born May 23, 1938, in Wyoming County, WV she was the daughter of the late George Clark and Fulvia Payne Clark. Zetta was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother,  great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved the Lord and her family. Zetta, had worked for Rockwell International, she and her husband once owned and operated Fink's Cafeteria and she was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her loving and devoted husband of 60 years, John Wayne Wimmer, Sr. and her siblings, Des Clark, Ervin Clark, Hampton Clark, George B. Clark, Robert Clark, Clinton Clark, Rita Pennington, Kathleen Benfield, Pauline Phillips, Nancy Belcher, Mary Lee and Phyllis Clisso. Those left to cherish her memory are her three children, Pamela Dillow (William). Jerry Broyles (Sharon) and John W. Wimmer Jr. (Pam Hixon); Nine grandchildren; Sixteen great-grandchildren; Two sisters, Mildred Eller and Lou Repass; Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Zetta Wimmer will be held at 6:00 P.M. Thursday, March 7, 2024, in the Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Jamie Mattox officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until the service hour.  Graveside services will be held Friday, morning, 10:00 A.M. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Those wishing to attend are requested to meet at the funeral home on Friday by 9:45 A.M. Family friends will serve as pallbearers.
