William David Faulkner, 72, of Princeton, died Thursday, December 11, 2025, at his home. Born October 12, 1953, in McDowell County, he was the son of the late Bill Faulkner & Peggy Lambert Faulkner. David spent the majority of his life working as a mechanic in the coal industry in McDowell County. He was a member of First Church of God on Mahood Avenue in Princeton. He was preceded in death by several siblings. Survivors include his wife Linda Harrison Faulkner along with three siblings: Bonnie Lester Connie Lester & Donnie Lester. The family has honored his wishes, he has been cremated, a service will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be shared with the family via www.memorialfd.com
