William "West" Eaton, 65, of Princeton, died unexpectedly Sunday, November 17, 2024.  Born June 18, 1959, in Annapolis MD, he was the son of the late William Oliver Eaton and Gladys Lineberry Colbert.

Like his father, West was a talented and meticulous carpenter.  He was a gifted musician with a beautiful voice and the ability to play many different instruments including the accordion, banjo, drums, guitar, and piano.

Survivors include three siblings: Candice Driskell (Wally) of Chesapeake, VA, William "Scott" Eaton of Anchorage AK, Sue Ann Chapman (Bobby) of Saltville, VA, several nieces and nephews and his dear friend and former wife, Patsy VanBlaricom (Bobby) of Kegley.

In honoring his wishes, he has been cremated with no services. An inurnment will held at a later date in Galax, VA where he will be placed next to his mother and maternal grandparents.
