Walter Lee "Buddy" Follrod, 77, of Princeton, died Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at Princeton Community Hospital. Born, December 7, 1944, in Huntington, he was the son of the late Walter Wilson Follrod and Edith Marie "Kitty" Moore Follrod. Buddy was a graduate of Iaeger High School, and he was the owner and operator of Follrod Produce in Iaeger. He loved and coached football and loved his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Sue Follrod his daughter, Chasity Follrod Rose, and a niece, Tammy Jones. Left to cherish his memory are his loving sons, Rod Follrod and wife Lolita, Shawn Follrod and wife Angela and Chad Follrod all of Statesville, NC; One sister, Nellie Wiley of Claypool Hill, VA; Grandchildren, Monica Steele and husband Jeff, Tiffany Hall, Shawn Follrod and wife Jordon, Chantel Martin and husband Jadon, Dalton Follrod and wife Hannah, Courtney Brown and husband Adam, Zach Follrod and wife Emily, Dana Follrod, Tanya Follrod and Alex Rose; Seventeen great-grandchildren; Nephew, Jay Wiley; Son-in-law, Neal Rose.
