Tammy Lynn Phillips Lowrance, 68 died Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Hidden Valley Center in Oak Hill. Borin in Welch on November 9, 1957 she was the daughter of the late Carl Phillips and Zelphia Bailey Phillips. Tammy graduated from Iaeger High School and was employed by the Bank of Iaeger/Pioneer Community Bank for over 30 years having served as an administrative assistant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her siblings, Elizabeth Phillips, Johnnie Wolfe, Patricia Abram, David and Luther Phillips. Those left to cherish her memory, include her loving and devoted daughter Courtney McBride and her two children, Hunter James Siers and Kendall Lynn Siers, One Brother, Bill Phillips. Special friends, Kathleen Roberts, Carolyn Wimmer, Donna Stacy, Wanda Burroughs and Sharon Lambert.

On Friday August 28, 2026, at 1:00 P.M., we will celebrate the life of Tammy Phillips Lowrance in the Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Daniel Dean officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell. Friends may visit with the family Friday from Noon until the service hour. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
