Shirley P. Tolley, 85, of Princeton, passed away Friday, June 30th, 2023 with her family by her side.  She was b orn March 13, 1938, in Welch, WV to Marvin M. Price and Lucille C. Price. Shirley graduated from Welch High School then worked at the Welch Daily News prior to getting married to Charles "Bill" Tolley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Bill. She is survived by her daughter, Leslie Gilbert and husband George, son Charles W. "Billy" Tolley II, and grandson Brandon J. Thompson. Several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive. Shirley was loved by everyone she met and touched the hearts of so many people.
