Shirley Ann Holt, 52 of Princeton, passed away on Sunday June 28 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Shirley was born on July 9, 1973 at Princeton Community Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Mildred Hazelwood. In her younger years, she worked at Sonic and McDonalds. Shirley earned her GED from Adult Learning Center. Shirley also attended Bluefield State College. Spending time with family was one of Shirley’s favorite things to do. In addition to her mom, she is preceded in death by her son Justin Withrow, her brother Dale Flanery, and special cousin Carmen Hazelwood. Survivors include her son Codie Alan Withrow. Shirley has a host of nieces and nephews. The family has honored her wishes, she has been cremated with no services. Online condolences may be shared with the family via www.memorialfd.com.
