Schuylar Reggi Barnes, 31, of Gainesville Georgia went peacefully to her Heavenly home after a long courageous battle with cancer on July 5th, 2022. Her Husband, Mom and Aunt were by her side. Schuylar was born in Beckley, WV. She graduated from Hurricane High School in 2009 and Marshall University in 2013. Immediately after college Schuylar was a missionary on The World Race through Adventures in Missions. Her passion to take a stand against modern day slavery and human trafficking was a driving force behind her desire for missions.  Schuylar will be remembered most for being a loving wife and mother, her radiant smile that lit up any space she entered, her passion for everything she set out to do and her fierce love for her family and friends. Schuylar is survived by her loving, faithful, courageous Husband Joe, her adorable, sweet, fun loving son Vander, her parents Jessica and Josh Basham & Erich and Candee Reggi, siblings Allison Williams, Savanna Dalton and husband Josh, Haylee Reggi, John Riley Reggi, Shaye Basham and Zayne Basham, Mother & Father-n-law John and Kathryn Barnes, grandparents Carol Rose,  Dwight & Jackie Reggi, Doug & Janis Williams, Tom Cummings and Carol Basham, a niece Abrielle Williams, her best friend Codie Mask and her husband Wayne and children Luca & Iris, a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and great Friends. A celebration of Schuylar's Life is being planned for Saturday July 16, 2022 from 4pm to 9pm at The Chair Factory, 908 Grove Street Gainesville, GA 30501. In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made in Schuylar's honor to Rescue Freedom at rescuefreedom.org/donate.
