Sarah Ann Riggs, 78 of Bluefield died Sunday, January 12, 2025 at the Charleston Area Medical Center. Born in Goodwill, WV on February 18, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Johnson and Nina Griffith Farmer. Mrs. Riggs worked at the Maidenform in Princeton, Southern Highlands and Goodwill in Bluefield. She loved to grow flowers in her garden and was exceptionally talented at decorating her house. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Bradley Alexander Wiley and a brother, Rex Farmer. Those left to cherish her memory is her husband Larry Wayne Riggs. One loving daughter, Nina Marie Walls and her granddaughter, Courtney Renee Wiley. One sister, Fern Hartwell and husband Bane, two brothers, Randy Farmer and wife Dinah and Blaine Farmer and wife Carola. Her sister-in-law, Sherree Farmer and several nieces and nephews also survive.
