Russell "Rusty" Wayne Hawks, 44, of Princeton, passed away on June 16, 2025.  He was born December 10, 1980, in Bluefield. Rusty is survived by his parents Jerry and Kathy Hawks; his daughter, Averi Hawks, and son, Carson Hawks; his brother Jody Hawks and wife Sheena, along with their son Logan; and his sister, Kayla Blankenship and husband Tyler, along with their sons, Liam, Cainan and Bear. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Edward Clayton and Majorie Hawks, and his maternal grandparents, L.D. and Junie Doyle. Rusty had a deep love for music and was a gifted guitarist. His passion and talent left a lasting impression on all who heard him play. Rusty was also an avid WVU Mountaineer fan. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Rusty will be held 11:00 A.M.
