Ronald Wayne Murray, 75, of Bluefield, died Monday, March 10, 2025, at Princeton Community Hospital. Born February 23, 1950, in Ashland, he was the son of the late George H. Murray & Ruth Marie Bailey Murray.

Ronald served with the U.S. Army and a member of Grace Baptist Church in Bluefield.  He was a professional truck driver.

Survivors include his wife and friend of 30 years, Barbara Jean Ratcliff Murray, six children, Julie Gorsky (Johnny), Bethany Nobles, Ronnie Murray (Cheryl), Carter Murray, Michael Murray, Jessee Murphy, five grandchildren, Belinda, Amanda, Emily, Danielle & Jessie. Siblings, George R. Murray, Wanda Shrader, Linda Osborn (Carter), Daniel Murray (Kim), Dorothy Bailey, Teresa Gilbert, Sylvia Smith, Mike Murray, Gary Murray (Sally), Kenneth Murray and a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorial service for Mr. Murray will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 18, 2025, in the Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor George Stamper officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour.  The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to:  The American Cancer Society, 1700 MacCorkle Avenue, SE, 3rd Floor, Charleston, WV 25314.
