Ralph Edward Repass, 85, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Ridge Care Assisted Living, Princeton WV. He was born to the late Bowen Young and Cora Lloyd Repass, on August 10, 1940.

Ralph was the president/owner of St. Clair Foods for 25 years until he retired and closed the business in 2002. He was a local food distributor and manufacturer of Kitty's Kitchen Salads. In addition, he also was the owner of Colonial Hills apartments for over 20 years & R & W Construction Company. Ralph was a 60+ year member and lead Elder of First Christian Church on Straley Ave. Princeton, WV 24740.

In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by his brother, Carl Bailey Repass; Sisters, Louise Repass Silvers & Lucille Repass.; wife of 48 years, Juanita Arrington Repass; and daughter-in-law, Laura J. Repass.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Brenda Lilly Thompson Repass; son, Edward Randall Repass (Karen Smith); daughter, Dana Repass Nelson, and husband, Willie; grandchildren, Jordan Repass (Holly), Jacob Repass, Turner Nelson (Caitlyn), Corey Nelson, Jennifer Kilburn; great grandchildren, Zach, Addison, Markus, Jenna, Trent & Liliana. Stepchildren, Jeffrey Thompson, Adam Thompson, Cindy Reguin, Angela Bohn, Valerie Withers & Christy Adkins, 11 Step grandchildren & 4 Step great Grandchildren. Sister-in-law, Joyce Phillips (Bill).

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Directory Chapel with Gary Lyons & Steve Janning. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jordan Repass, Jacob Repass, Turner Nelson, Corey Nelson, Craig Kilburn, and Zach Fortner, and Jake McPherson to be an honorary pallbearer. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation for the love and care given to Mr. Repass from the staff of Ridge Care Assistant Living on Halls Ridge Road near Princeton.
