Neshia Marie Ruble, 77 of Bluefield, WV, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Lewis Gale Medical Center. Born May 10, 1949, in Fort Sill, OK, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Paul Frame, Sr. and Mary Margaret Brown Frame. After graduating high school in Wirt County, WV, she would become a waitress/hostess at Johnston Inn in Princeton, WV. Neshia enjoyed getting her nails done, spoiling the dog, feeding birds, storytelling, supervising work on flower beds and decorating, but she loved spending time with her family the most. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Frame; grandson, Dalton Walker; and father of her children, Robert “Bob” Lee Ruble. She is survived by her children, William “Robbie” Ruble and wife, Vickie, and Mary “Missy” Ruble; grandchildren, Adrienne Ruble, Susan Blankenship, Michael Ruble, Shannon Ruble, Randy Dunn, Tiffany Wood, Heather Lawrence, and Rilee Brewster; 16 great grandchildren; siblings, Anyta Su Lott and husband, Danny, Butch Frame and wife, Brenda, Tamara Lucas and husband, Steve; and her fur baby, Akyra.
