Michael Allen Mullins, 54, of Princeton, departed this life Monday, June 27, 2022, at his home. He had fought hard over the last three years of his life, never giving up on living. Born July 21, 1967, in Pikeville, KY, he was the son of Ruey Keith Mullins & Linda Baird Mullins. He attended Grundy High School and Southwest Virginia Community College, obtaining Associate's degrees in Electronics & Electrical Engineering. He worked for Princeton Community Hospital for over two decades as a biomedical equipment technician before joining DaVita Kidney Care. Michael was an avid lover and supporter of local musicians and artists. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Jeri Elmore, brother, James Mullins & wife Kim, and their son Jeb along with his four-legged friends, Edith, Dill Harper Harris & Louis. A time of gathering & sharing will be held Thursday, July 7, 2022, at the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. The family has honored his wishes, he has been cremated, he will be laid to rest with other members of his family in the Breaks Interstate Park Cemetery in Breaks Va.
