Lisa Diane Dalton Smith, 63, of Princeton, passed peacefully early Tuesday morning, April 2, 2024, at Princeton Community Hospital with her family by her side. Born September 7, 1960, in Princeton, she was the daughter of Charlotte Tibbs Dalton Lett of Princeton and the late Londel Dalton. Lisa was a graduate of Princeton High School. While her health permitted, she owned & operated New Kids on the Block Consignment Shop on Mercer Street in Princeton. Lisa loved going to the beach, she enjoyed baseball and NASCAR. Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her mother Charlotte, her devoted daughter, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Smith; Brother, Greg Dalton & wife Prisca of Speedway; her adopted daughters, Kimberly Gillespie, Alyson Diaz and Madison Gunnoe; along with two nieces, Laura Armato & Kacie Fleming; lifelong friends, Trish Long, Terri Triplett and Bridget Wilson & her grand dog, Sadie. A service of celebration will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 5, 2024, in the Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton, with Pastor Ray Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Friends may visit with the family Friday from Noon until the service time.
