Lena Lodema Mullins, 89, of Princeton, formerly of Big Sandy, died early Friday morning, December 8, 2023, at Mercer Nursing & Rehab in Bluefield. Born July 12, 1934, at Marytown, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Helmadollar and Ruth Hillwig Helmadollar. She was a member of Princeton Church of Christ and a devoted homemaker; she was able to babysit until she was 85 years of age. In addition to her family, she was preceded by her husband Mason Mullins, a daughter Pamela Halkiadakis along with several siblings. Those left to cherish her memory, her son Stevie Mullins and wife Teresa;  Three grandchildren, Alena Combs and husband Nate, Kristen Morris and husband Craig, Natalie Begil and husband Justin; Great grandchildren, Emilee, Jase and J.J. Begil, Blake, Brady, Mason and Bentley Morris, Andrew, Emma and Alivia Carlson; Two sisters, Fay Adkins and husband Ozzie and Mae Maley; Special cousin, Shirley "Chubby" Hall. The family has honored her wishes, she has been cremated, and at a later date, her inurnment will be held in the Iaeger Memorial Park Cemetery at Roderfield.
