Laura Helen Hylton Smith, 99, of Apple Grove, WV, died Friday, November 11, 2022, at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, WV. Born May 13, 1923, in Princeton, she was the daughter of the late Jon H, Hylton and Emma White Hylton. Laura was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Marshall Smith. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Dana Smith; Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services for Laura Hylton Smith, will be held at 3:00 P.M., on Monday, November 21, 2022, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens (Garden of Christus) those attending the service are requested to meet at the cemetery by the service hour.
