Gregory Keith Cole II, 34, of Princeton went home to be with our Lord Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from his residence. He was born November 22, 1990 in Princeton, he was the son of the Gregory K. Cole and Candice Thomas Cole. Keith was a fun spirited person who brought joy and laughter to all those around him. As a graduate of Princeton Senior High School, he continued his education earning his Associate Degree in Medical Assisting. He worked for nearly 16 years in several doctor's offices, but his most favorite was when he worked at Blue Ridge Cancer Care in Blacksburg, VA. There he found compassion in taking care of those who needed it the most. Keith also enjoyed playing the piano and organ often sharing his talent with several people throughout his life. He was the Church organist at Liberty Baptist Church from a very young age. He was also voted in as the Church pianist at Maranatha Baptist Church until 2019. Upon leaving Maranatha, Keith also played at the Blacksburg Baptist Church for some time. His love for music was one like no other. It brought him a career of teaching piano for several years. He enjoyed listening to the hymns sung and played while he was growing up. He was of the Baptist faith. Keith is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Georgetta "Tootsie" Thomas aka Nana. Maternal Grandfather, Robert Thomas.  Paternal Grandparents Paul and Margaret Cole. Two precious fur babies he loved dearly Tinkerbell and Muffin. His Sister Diane Blevins also preceded him in death. Those left to mourn and cherish his memory are his loving husband of 3 years, Joshua Trent, Parents Greg and Candice Cole of Princeton,  In-laws, Joe and Janelle Trent of Wharncliffe. Brothers, Jason (Hope) Blevins of Princeton and Elijah Cole also of Princeton. Three precious fur babies whom he loved dearly, Sadie, Buford and Gizmo "Lilbit". He also leaves behind a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Friends and Co-Workers. Funeral Services to Celebrate the Life of Keith Cole will be held Friday, June 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Reverend Greg Kinser officiating. Burial will follow in the Cole Family Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Junior Archer, Matthew Blevins, Howie Seal, Jimmy Seal, Greg Seal, Hunter Goad, Jeremy Cole, Petey Seal. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Stacey Cole, Greg Cole, Jerry Cole, Joe Trent, Howard Seal, Jason Blevins.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 5-7 PM.
