Kathy Ann Armachain, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on November 15, 2024, at the Cumberland Village Hospice House in LaFollette, TN. She was born on May 5, 1954, in Beckley, WV, to the late Paul Holland and Geraldine Keller Holland.

Kathy spent her early life in Oceana, WV, where she worked at Magic Mart, before moving to Ewing, Virginia, with her husband of 18 years, William "Bill" D. Armachain. A dedicated retiree, Kathy enjoyed taking care of her ducks, cooking, and making Bill his special noodles. She found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, creating lasting memories with them.

Kathy is survived by her two daughters, Melissa Day and her husband Chris, and their children Kaitlyn and her husband Grayson Gardner of Charleston, WV; Sarah and her fiancé, Shelden Mullens, of Lewisburg, WV; and Abby Day of Saulsville, WV; her youngest daughter, Leslie Crouch and her children Jacob Lambert and Kenzie Lambert of Princeton, WV.  She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Carter and Sydney. Kathy is further survived by her sister, Pam Isner, of Indiana.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Cumberland Village Hospice House and LaFollette Medical Center for their compassionate care during Kathy's final days. In accordance with her wishes, Kathy will be cremated, and there will be no services.

Kathy will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
