Karen Lynn Hutchinson, 68, of the Pine Grove Road, Lerona, died Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at her home. Born July 21, 1956, in Princeton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Blankenship & Madeline Skeens Blankenship. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and homemaker. Karen loved to play bingo, work in her flower gardens and go bowling. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William Everett Hutchinson, six siblings: Carol Farley, Judy Blankenship, Barbara Hylton, Joe Allen Blankenship, Daniel Blankenship, James Blankenship along with infant twins. Those left to cherish her memory, three devoted children, David & Angie Hutchinson, Marion & Mike Kish, & Brandon & Heather Hutchinson. Seven grandchildren, Audreanna McBride (Chris), Chelsey Harrison, Grace Hutchinson, Hannah Stone (Triston), Bailey Williams, Jacob Hutchinson & Braydon Hutchinson. Four great grandchildren, Jayce & McKenzie McBride, & Kylie & Xander Stone. Six siblings; Janice Lambert, Sandra Long, Joyce White, Teddy, Jerry & Roger Blankenship. Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday, September 9, 2024, in the Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Erma Jean Hudgins officiating. Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery, Peggy Branch Road, near Princeton. Friends may visit with the family on Monday from Noon until the service hour. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers.
