JoAnn Lively Phillips, 83, of Williamsburg, VA, formerly of Princeton, died peacefully, Friday, April 8, 2022, at her home. Born, November 4, 1938, in Bluefield, she was the daughter of the late James Martin Lively and Ruby Lucille Farley Lively. JoAnn was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved the Lord, was a homemaker and was of the Church of Christ faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Elmo Phillips and one brother. Left to cherish her memory are her two children, Kevin Phillips and wife Connie and Amy Lynn Anderson and husband David; Four grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at the Athens Cemetery with Minister Frank Horn officiating. Those attending the services, are requested to meet at the cemetery by service time. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
