Joann Trent Jackson, 91, of Princeton passed peacefully Sunday, November 27, 2022, at her home. Born October 20, 1931, at Isaban, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Trent and Stella Cline Trent. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband Jesse J. Jackson along with her three sons, Larry, Robert and Jackie Jackson. Survivors include her daughter, Judy F. Jackson of the home along with eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton with Pastor Robert Lane officiating.  Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 12:30 PM until 1:30 P.M. at the Memorial Funeral Directory on Athens Road in Princeton.
