Jerry Wayne Sink, Sr.

Jerry Wayne Sink, Sr., 75, of Mint Hill NC, formerly of Princeton, died suddenly Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Born October 25, 1950, in Princeton, he was the son of the late George W. Sink & Lucile Preston Sink. Jerry graduated from Princeton High School, and served his country proudly, he was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. Jerry had been in the automotive industry for many years, having owned and operated his own automotive dealership in the Enterprise, Alabama area. Jerry loved his family and never missed an opportunity to visit with them every chance he could. He enjoyed doing tree work and helping his friends and neighbors. He attended Central Church on Sardis Road in Charlotte, NC.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Carbaugh.

Those left to cherish his memory, his devoted wife, Suzanne M. Sink, two children, Jerry W. Sink Jr. & wife Shelia, Angela Rae Booker, and 7 grandchildren. Siblings include George W. Sink Jr. & wife Freddie, Russell Sink & wife Allene, Nancy Richard, Norma Bradley, Samuel Sink & wife Christie, Darlene Spangler & husband Jim along with a host of nieces and nephews.

There will be a viewing for family and friends starting at 10 A.M. with funeral services to begin at 11:00 A.M, Tuesday, August 4, 2026, in the Prayer Chapel at Lifeline Church of God on Oakvale Road in Princeton. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton for immediate family only. Online condolences may be shared with the family via www.memorialfd.com.

In lieu of flowers, we are requesting that donations be made to Samaritan’s Purse, a Christian organization that Jerry loved and supported.
