Jeffrey Allen Brookman, 65, of Princeton, passed peacefully Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, with his loving family by his side. Born December 28, 1957, in Princeton, he was the son of Judy Barker Brookman and the late Freddie Junior Brookman. Jeff was a graduate of Princeton Senior High School, and a Master Electrician for the Mercer County Board of Education. He had attended New Richmond Community Church. While his health permitted, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a true Mountaineer Fan, through and through, he loved those EER'S. Survivors include his mother Judy, his loving wife of 19 years, Tressa Brewster Brookman; Four children, Kimberly Henderson and husband Lee, Jeffrey Wayne Brookman, David Brookman and Samantha Lawless; Grandchildren, Wayne Brookman, Madison and Jakeb Coalson, Blaze Brookman, Serenity Lawless, Amelia Lawless and Elias Lawless; One great-grandson, Gannon Chatman; His siblings, Sharon and Virgil Hardy, Eddie and Melinda Brookman, Scottie and Charlene Brookman and Greg Brookman. Funeral services to honor the life of Jeff Brookman will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 18, 2023, in the Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Lonnie Compton officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour at the funeral home. Following his service, the family will honor his wishes, and he will be cremated.
