Jean Ball Nash 97, of Wolcott CT., formerly of Athens, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2026, at The Pines of Bristol. She was the daughter of the late Fred Ball & Willie Steel Ball. Jean and her husband moved to Connecticut in 1953 and eventually settled in Wolcott in 1964. She loved her flowers, jigsaw puzzles, and activities at the Wolcott Senior Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her devoted husband Aubrey Roscoe Nash and a son Michael W. Nash. Survivors include two sons, Mark Edward Nash & David Allen Nash both of Bristol, two daughters, Robin Terry Nash of Wolcott, & Karen Nash Mirkin & husband Scott of PA. Grandson, Harrison Ross Mirkin. Friends may visit from 11:00 A.M. until Noon, Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton. A committal service will follow in Athens Cemetery.
