Robert Jason Paitsel, 44, of Sand Branch Road, Princeton, died suddenly Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at his home. Born, March 21, 1980, in Bluefield, he was the son of Robert Edwin Paitsel and Karen Lynn Smith Paitsel.

Jason was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was of the of Church of God faith. Jason was a Pikeview High School graduate.  Jason owned his own trucking business, Paitsel Trucking and Lincoln Logistics. He loved riding his mower with his son, Carter. He enjoyed playing pool, shooting guns, and loved sports, especially football with WVU and the Pittsburg Steelers being his favorite teams. Also, Jason had a heart of love, who was a giving person and who would give you the shirt off his back.

Left to cherish his memory, in addition to his mother and father, include his son, Blake Carter Paitsel; His companion Ashleigh Farmer; One sister, Staci Paitsel; One brother, Wesley Paitsel and wife Melissa; Two nephews, Landon Paitsel and Jackson Clark; His two four-legged companions, Lincoln and Grier.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Jason will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, September 6, 2024, from the Chapel of Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Brad Rose and Mark Smith officiating.  A burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be Wes Paitsel, John Whittaker, Rusty Sarver, Adam Sarver, Anthony Graham, and Jason Mitcheum.
