Homer T. Nance, 84, of Anawalt, died on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at the McDowell Continuous Care in Gary, WV. Born, November 12, 1938, he was the son of the late Walter Glen Nance and Grace Davis Nance. Homer was a loving husband, son, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend. Homer was a self-employed roofer in the construction industry. He also, had worked for Sears in construction. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Homer Nance, and five siblings, Howard, Earl, Ken , Madeline and Joann. Left to cherish his memory, are his two children, Brenda Sizemore and husband Dwight, David Nance; Five grandchildren; One great-grandchild; Five sisters, Louise, Betty, Mary sue, Patricia and Kathy; Three brothers, Billy Joe, Rex and Walter; The family would like to thank the staff McDowell Continuous Care for all the great care and kindness showed to Homer and his family.
