Helen C. Keatley, 86, died June 25, 2022, at Westminster Memory Care in Lexington, SC. She was born November 3, 1935, in Princeton, WV, the daughter of Carper Herbert Collins and Ivan Inez (Phillips) Collins. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Charlie and brothers Ralph and Dwight Collins.  She is survived by her two sons Greg (Karen) and Darrell Keatley, two sisters Juanita Hall and Doris Hudson, two grandchildren, Brandon (Megan) and Brett Keatley, and two great- grandchildren, Marlo and Claire Keatley.  Helen graduated from Princeton High School, Class of 1953.  Following graduation she married and moved to Miami, Florida where she lived for almost 67 years. Helen loved the Lord, her family, her cats and country music.  She was fun, feisty, and full of life.  The family would like to thank Nancy Adams and Helen's wonderful caregivers both in Florida and South Carolina. A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Thursday June 30, 2022, at the Phillips Family Cemetery in Lerona, WV with Pastor Jim Simmons officiating.  Those attending the services, are requested to meet at the cemetery by service hour.  The family has requested in lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association and mailed to Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter 8180 Greensboro Drive Suite 400 McLean, VA 22102.
