Gary W. Edwards went to meet his Lord and Savior, Tuesday, February 3, 2026, peacefully surrounded by his loving family.

Gary loved spending his summers at the lake fishing and enjoying time with his family. Gary was a member of Maple View Church of Christ. Gary graduated from Princeton High School, Class of 1966 and attended Bluefield Business College.

Gary worked for many years at Princeton Machinery, retiring in 2020. He served his country with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Gary was a member of the Princeton Masonic Lodge #134. Gary was a devoted husband and father.

Gary was born December 12, 1948, in Princeton and the son of the late Clarence "Nub" Edwards and Lettie Walls Edwards.

Those left to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 50 years, Patricia Edwards, two daughters, Christie Bailey & husband Robbie, Victoria Edwards & fiancé John Cregger, grandchildren, Madison Law & fiancé Heath Dunn, Aria Cregger, Bre Osborne & husband Wylie, Jordan Bailey & fiancé Kassi Diffenbach. Gary will be truly missed by all who knew him.
