Deborah Jane Burgess of Sagamore Road, Rock, WV, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2025, at WVU Princeton Community Hospital after a brace battle with cancer. Born in Bluefield on November 24, 1956, to the late Charles W. Wyatt and Ethel M. Cecil Wyatt, of Rock. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles W. Wyatt and sister, Dranda Mooney. She is survived by her mother, Ethel M. Wyatt; son, Christopher Sells (Cindy); sisters, Diane Darago, Drena Haynes (Joe); brothers, Charles W. Wyatt (Delissa), and Terry Wyatt (Debbie); granddaughters, Kristen Cordle (Jonathan); Summer Dunker (Steven); grandson, Joshua Gore; great grandchildren, Bryson, Conner, Violet, Scarlett, Alex, Asiah, Brailee. Abiding by her wishes, she will be cremated with no service. There will be a private burial at a later date in the family cemetery on Windmill Gap Mountain.
