David Charles Guynn, 69, of Pisgah Lane, Princeton, died Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Heritage Hall, Rich Creek, VA. Born, December 26, 1954, he was the son of the late Mack Sherman Guynn, Jr. and Barbara Winifred Luke Guynn. David had worked as a truck driver for Cargo Transport Company. He loved his Lord, his family and was a member of Mount Jackson Baptist Church in Athens. Left to cherish his memory are his stepchildren, Austin Hatcher and spouse, Katie, Nina Wilson and spouse, Jason; Five grandchildren, Skylar, Austin Jr., Bo, Isabella, and Sofia; siblings, Cynthia Sue Guynn and spouse, Marcia Harlow, Mack Sherman Guynn, III and spouse, Ofelia, Judith Ann Guynn-Amsler and spouse, Michael; Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family has honored his wishes, he has been cremated and there will be a memorial service at a later date. Online condolences may be shared with the family via www.memorialfd.com . The Guynn family is being served by the Memorial Funeral Directory and Cremation Center on the Athens Road in Princeton.
