David Vincent Burton, 60, of Princeton, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening, January 22, 2025, at Princeton Community Hospital. Born August 15, 1964, in Princeton, he was the son of Stanley L. Burton & Patricia Kay Via Burton. David graduated from Princeton High School and had proudly served with the U.S. Army for 6 years.  He worked as a transporter for Norfolk Southern Railroad. He was preceded in death by a nephew Chris Snider. In addition to his mother and father, Pat & Stanley Burton, he is survived by two brothers, Rick Snider & wife Shelia, Victor Scott Burton & wife Lorie along with three nephews, Steven Snider, Daniel Burton & Jack Burton. Funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 29, 2025, in the Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with his brother, Reverend Rick Snider officiating. Military honors will be given by the Mercer County Veterans Honor Guard at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
