Clendal White, 88, of Lerona, passed away suddenly Monday, October 27, 2025, at his home. Born May 20, 1937, in Pettrey, WV, he was the last surviving child of the late Jessie White and Naomi Caldwell White.  After Clendal graduated from Athens High School, he spent his career as a plumber. He finished his career at Allied Refrigeration. He was a member of Princeton Church of Christ.  When younger, Clendal loved to hunt and fish. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and two brothers. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Patty White; two daughters, Terri Tilley, of Lerona, and Angie Gregory and spouse, Ken, of Beckley; 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.  A Graveside Service will be held 12 p.m. Friday, October 31, 2025 at the Wiley Family Cemetery, with George Murphy officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
