Obituary

Chief Petty Officer Ralph A. Judd, USN (Retired), 89, of Speedway, died peacefully Friday June 2, 2023, at WVU Princeton Community Hospital. He was a family man first and foremost, but in his spare time he enjoyed being a master gunsmith and fine woodworker. He took great joy being the hummingbirds' best friend, making sure they were fed daily. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister.
