Charlotte Ann Noble Mills, 91, of Princeton, died peacefully Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Dogwood Crossing in Tazewell VA. Born September 19, 1934, in Princeton, she was the daughter of the late Kenna Doran Noble & Clara Ann Carter Noble. Charlotte was a graduate of Princeton High School & National Business College. She worked for West Virginia Water Company and retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad with 34 years of service. Charlotte was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church on the Oakvale Road in Princeton. She loved walking, flowers and reading the Bible. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Lee Mills along with three siblings, Helen Abshire, William “Bill” Noble & Kenna Noble. Survivors include her brother Daniel Jackson Noble, a host of nieces and nephews. Stepchildren Gareth Mills & Cindy Mills, two step grandchildren, Caleb Mills & Jacob Mills. Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 27, 2026 at Oakwood Cemetery in Princeton with Pastor Chandler O’Brien officiating.
