Charles Everett Blaicher, 68, of the Maples Nursing Home, Bluefield, formerly of Princeton, died Thursday, February 9, 2023, in WVU-PCH Bluefield ER.   Born, February 8, 1955, in Princeton, he was the son of the late George Washington Blaicher and Edith Thomas Blaicher Phillips.  Charles worked in the construction industry as a carpenter.  He really enjoyed yard animals, working with his hands, writing poetry playing the harmonica and being a friend.  Left to cherish his memory are his two children, Charles Neil Blaicher, Candy Eve Blaicher and Gregory O'Quinn; Three grandchildren, Kieran Blaicher, Ethan Dawson  and Drake Blaicher; One brother, Earnest Wayne Blaicher; His two best friends, David Harvey and Ricky Scott. The family has honored his wishes to be cremated. Memorial services to celebrate the life of Charles Everett Blaicher will be held at 4:00 P.M., Friday, February 17, 2023, from the Chapel of Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with John Puckett officiating.
