Carol Arlene Moye, 87, of Black Oak Road, Princeton, died early Friday evening, November 28, 2025, at her home. Born February 18, 1938, in Wyoming County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Nelson Reed and Virginia Nellie Bailey. After graduating Talcott High School, Carol went to work at Owens Illinois Glass Factory, Plant 14, Bridgeton, New Jersey for 6 years, where she met her husband, Darrel Lane Moye, Sr. Darrel and Carol returned to West Virginia to raise their children. Carol was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed crafting, crocheting, and reading. In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her sisters, Kathryn May Reed and Ruby Fay Reed; brother, Thomas Theodore Reed; and brother-in-law, Charles "Sonny" Bender, Sr.  In addition to her loving and devoted husband of 63 years, Darrel Lane Moye, Sr, Carol is survived by two children, Darrel "Lane" Moye, Jr., and Cara Faye Moye Kafchinski, and her spouse, Joseph; and her sister, Carmen Marie Reed Bender. In honoring Carol's wishes, she will be cremated and no services will be held. Online condolences may be shared with the family via www.memorialfd.com . The Moye family is being served by the Memorial Funeral Directory and Cremation Center on the Athens Road in Princeton.
