Bobby Wayne Lawrence, 62, of Princeton, died Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Princeton Community Hospital. Born, April 5, 1961, in Marion, IN, he was the son of the late Russell Noah Lawrence and Ruby Mae Lawson Lawrence. Bobby retired from the WV Department of Highways. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Marvin Lawrence, Curtis Lawrence and Russell Lawrence. Left to cherish his memory are his two children, Bobby Lawrence and Keiaira Lawrence; Two sisters, Rita Workman and Loretta Lawrence; Three Brothers, John Lawrence and spouse Sandy, Don Lawrence and spouse Vickie, and Eddie Lawrence. Special Friend Melissa Lawrence, Several nieces, nephews and friends also survive. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, September 25, 2023, at the Elgood Cemetery with Pastor Jim Simmons officiating. Friends may visit with the family from Noon until 1:00 P.M. at the Memorial Funeral Directory on Athens Road in Princeton. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
