Betty Jean Parker, 88, of Princeton, West Virginia, passed away at Glennwood Health Care on Monday, June 29, 2026. Born on May 7, 1938, in Ingleside, West Virginia, Betty was the daughter of the late Creed Frazier Long and Dora Latha Mullins Boham.

Pam was of the Pentecostal belief and enjoyed reading her Bible.

In addition to his parents, Betty was preceded in death by her infant daughter, along with nine siblings; Vera, Janie, Evelyn, Marget, Ed, Billy, Leonard, Frank & James. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Tressa Lester, grandsons; Joseph A. and Cody H. Lester. Her brother James Long & wife Doris, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday July 2, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Brown Cemetery, Ingleside. Those attending the graveside service are being asked to meet at the cemetery by 11:00am.
