Bertha Virginia Dunford Bailey, 78, of Princeton, died Sunday, April 16, 2022, at Princeton Community Hospital. Born, January 19, 1944, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ervin H. Dunford and Lois Ruby Crabtree Dunford. She was a former employee with K-Mart, Hills Department Store and G.C. Murphy's.   She was a member of the Full Gospel Assembly Church in Princeton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Ruby Justice. Those left to cherish her memory, are her son Ernest Roger Bailey Jr. and wife Darlene; One grandson, Ernest R. Bailey III; Special foster sister, Sandra Hilsmeier; Her e xtended family, Joy Grover, Ann and Harry Mitchem, Martin Paul and Bonnie Amos. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 22, 2022, at Oakwood Cemetery in Princeton with Pastors Dana Hazelwood and Becky Simpson officiating. Those wishing to attend the services are requested to meet at the cemetery by 11:00 A.M. on Friday. The Bailey family is being served by the Memorial Funeral Directory and Cremation Center on the Athens Road in Princeton.
