Barbara Klaiber, 84, of Kirkwood Avenue, Princeton, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at Princeton Health Care Center. Born July 25, 1939, in Jesse, WV, she was the daughter of the late Bud and Felia Allen. Barbara loved to work in her flower garden, quilt, crochet, and most of all collect Fenton glass. In her early years, she worked as the Postmaster for the Jesse Post Office. She later retired from Kroger in Princeton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Bailey; her second husband, Raymond Klaiber; sister, Virginia Mary Bailey; and brother, Bud Allen, Jr. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Mark Bailey and wife Sandra; her grandson, Dakota Bailey; special niece, Cathy Shockley; special nephews, David Bailey and Sam Bailey; her brothers, Arvil Allen and Wannis Allen; along with several other nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 26, 2024, at Guyandotte Baptist Church with Reverend Samuel Francis officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 12 Noon until the service hour at the church. Burial will follow in the Cook Family Cemetery, Jesse.
