Barbara Gail Cox, 76, 0f Princeton, died Monday, March 28, 2022, at Princeton Community Hospital. Born April 14, 1945, in Bluefield, she was the daughter of the late Harry Steele Sarver and Ruby Ernestine Fox Sarver Painter. For many years, Barbara enjoyed working at the Princeton Public Library, was an avid reader, loved working in her garden, sewing and doing crafts.  She was a devoted homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by two sons, Terry Glen Goodman and Timothy Ray Goodman, three siblings, Richard, William and Randall Sarver. Those left to cherish her memory, her husband, John Andrew Cox Jr.; Four children, Teresa Lynn Goodman, Gladys Gail Meadows (Tony), Tanya Kay Sarver and Margaret Earnestine Cox; Nineteen grandchildren; Thirty-one great-grandchildren; Special thanks to her caregiver, Carolyn Inghram. The family has honored her wishes, she has been cremated and no services. In lieu of flowers, monetary gifts can be made to the family.
