Angela Dawn Mulvihill Turpin, 59, of Cambridge Street, Fredericksburg, VA, formerly of Sutton, died Friday, February 9, 2024, at the Woodmont Center in Fredericksburg. Born, February 2, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Gary E. Welch and Shirley J. Davis Welch Brown. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Angela was a homemaker and loved animals, especially cats and horses. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Charles Anthony Turpin and Roy Harvey Turpin, Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Roy H. Turpin, Sr.; Children, Audi Mae Porter, Freida Atwell and her husband Matthew; Grandchildren, Brinna Turpin, Chelsea Atwell, Matt Atwell, Gracelyn Atwell, Christopher A. Vance; Siblings, Cindy Wilson, Eddie Welch, Christa Welch, Dawn Brown; Special nieces and nephew, Norma, Brandy and Marin; Also several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, February, 16, 2024, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Family and friends speaking. Those attending the service are requested to be at the funeral no later than 1:30 P.M. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
