Allen Woodrow Jones, 76, of Princeton, died suddenly early Monday morning, December 1, 2025, at his home. Born January 10, 1949, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late James Sherwood "Woody" Jones and Bessie Helen Woolridge Jones. After graduating from Princeton High School, he served his country proudly with the U.S. Army. Allen retired from the Norfolk-Southern Railroad as an engineer.  He was a kind and gentle man and most of all, he loved his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Judy Sanders. Those left to cherish his memory, his devoted and loving wife of 52 years, Dona Eileen Hood Jones, three children, Tiffany Farmer and husband Ben, Jody Jones, & Joshua Jones, two grandchildren, Kelsey & Tanner Wohlford. In honoring Allen's wishes, he will be cremated with a small family service. Online condolences may be shared with the family via www.memorialfd.com
