Alfred Ronald Cocus Jr., 43, of the Ceres Road, Bluefield, died suddenly Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born January 15, 1981, in Princeton, he was the son of Diane Hall Cocus of Princeton and the late Alfred Ronald Cocus Sr.

He was a graduate of Princeton Senior High School and was currently employed at Celanese Corporation in the Receiving Department.

In addition to his father, he was preceded by grandparents; Basil and Madeline Hall and Claude and Evelyn Cocus Sr. In addition to his mother, Diane, he is survived by his fiancé, Angela Dawn Canterbury, her daughter, Laura Shelton (Terry), 10 grandchildren, a sister, Mary Cocus Atwell and husband Clayton.
